Voxa Education is operated by Daniel R. Silva — MEI, CNPJ 63.112.394/0001-90, based in Brazil.
Scope
These terms apply to the use of voxa.education and the Voxa platform products (Voxa aiOS, Voxa Lemasys, Voxa Games, and associated services). Detailed service agreements are provided separately upon contract.
Use
You may use this site and its products for lawful purposes only. You may not use Voxa services to distribute unlawful content, circumvent access controls, or misrepresent your identity or school affiliation.
Intellectual property
Voxa Education retains all rights to proprietary platform code, design, and branding. Lemasys is released under AGPL-3.0 and governed by its own licence.
Limitation of liability
Voxa Education provides software and services as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use. Specific service-level commitments are defined in individual contracts.
